The Sausti Estate covers a large private territory near Tallinn which is available to rent for a wide range of occasions. Most of the buildings in Sausti have been restored according to historical documents, now Grand Sausti Manor is considered one of the best re-established manors in Estonia.
MansionRooms
Overlooking the marvelous French Garden and Secret Rose Garden, the Mansion House itself was reconstructed in the middle of the 19th century. In the building you’ll find the Chandelier Hall with large windows all around, the Fireplace Hall with a staircase leading upstairs to the Picture Hall as well as a small Library room, Dining hall and Kitchen. The second floor presents an opportunity to stay over night in the deluxe suite with view of the garden.
The furniture in the Mansion is carefully picked to exude the contemporary manor experience with a mix of antique and mid-century modern style. The walls of the Fireplace Hall act as a display for artwork by Mart Sander, the Estonian multi-talent. The maximum capacity for seated events in the building is 72 people.
FrenchGarden
Doors of the Mansion Hall lead directly into the magnificent French park. Renovation of Grand Sausti Estate in 1999 included revamping the garden by planting more than 4000 trees and bushes. Its design was inspired by parks historically frequented by French royalties.
Limestone walls and green galleries make this part of the park simultaneously impressive and intimate. With a majestic pry tree as the centre-piece, the park invites you for a stroll to discover the romantic white pavilion, a labyrinth maze of trees and a beautiful Rose Garden.
WineCellar
Hidden away from plain sight, the cellar of the Mansion House features a charming Wine Grotto and a Tasting room with uniquely medieval atmosphere.Guests of Grand Sausti can experience wines in a private Grotto which has a separate Wine tasting room for 16 people and a cellar for exquisite wines from all over the world. We partner with excellent wine connoisseurs who take people on an exciting journey of refined flavours.
DistilleryGuesthouse
Guesthouse, the second largest building of the territory, has a unique design with exposed rocks as well as a fascinating history of being used as a distillery. Renovation of the building, made space for 13 ensuite guest bedrooms to accommodate up to 30 people if it’s a family occasion and 21 people for trainings and seminars.
The heart of the guesthouse is the Fireplace hall with a large Kitchen attached. Generally, this is where breakfast is served but the space can also be rented for occasions with up to 50 people. Close to the Fireplace Hall is the Beer Room, a cosier, medieval style space space which features a long table with benches and can host up to 20 people.
Governor'sHouse
A beautiful 2 bedroom house nestled within the majestic gardens of Sausti Manor. The house itself features 2 living rooms. The downstairs “Summer Room” includes a large dining area, fireplace and panoramic windows with views over the surrounding landscape.The upstairs “Winter Room” incorporates a spacious kitchen, cosy dining area and lounge area with a 65” TV and comfortable sofa bed. Both Bedrooms feature beautiful views over the lake and Manor House.
The house can comfortably sleep 4 people in the 2 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom can be arranged either with a double bed or 2 single beds. Additionally there is space for 2 people on the large sofa bed. Find more information and photos from AIRBNB page.
